Los Angeles: Meetings & Events
GENERAL EVENT INFORMATION
Los Angeles affiliate meetings are held on the last Thursday of each month. You do not need to be a member to attend an NHRA event, though if you are a member, be sure to log in before registering to secure your member discount. Please note that there will be no meetings in July and August as we complete the staffing of our board and plan details for a great 2011-2012 program year. Unless otherwise noted, meeting fees are:

REGISTRATION DETAILS
Advance registration is required for all events. You can register online via our Meetings & Events page. Online payment methods include check, MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover. If paying via check, your check should be mailed to us in advance of the event or hand-carried to the door. Mail checks to the address listed here. Please note that NHRA will not be responsible for reimbursement of bank charges for overdrafts on checking accounts, debit cards, or credit cards. Should a payment be returned to NHRA for insufficient funds, we will seek reimbursement via certified check or money order including any fees charged by our bank for the transactions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should your schedule change and you need to cancel a reservation, you must contact the affiliate no later than 12 noon the Friday before the event. Cancellations received after that date and time are non-refundable. Use contact information listed above for cancellation notice.
WALK-IN FEE
Advance registration is required for NHRA events. Due to additional set-up costs assessed by our vendors, an additional $10 will be added to the registration fee for walk-in guests (member or non-member).
