Do I have to be a member to attend an NHRA event?
No, you do not need to be a member to attend an NHRA event; our events are open to the public.
Is there a discount on event fees for members?
Members receive a discount on any of the events offered by NHRA. Discounts vary on events delivered through our training partners. To secure your member discount, you must log onto the website before registering for an event.
I am not currently working; are there are discounts available to me?
We do offer transition rates on dues and select NHRA event registration fees for those individuals who are not working. For membership fee discounts, contact membership@humanresources.org or call 866-523-4417. To take advantage of event discounts, contact the affiliate program team. I tried to register & my member discount didn’t come through; what happened?
Log-in is required to secure the member discount. Please cancel the registration you have started, log-on and re-register. If you already processed the registration at the higher rate, please contact:
Can I bring a guest (member or non-member) to an event?
Yes, you can bring a guest or guests to an NHRA event. Once you have entered your registration, select ADD A GUEST and complete the contact information for each of your guests before proceeding to the payment page.
Can I pay at the door?
Advance online credit card payment is the preferred option of payment for NHRA events and is the required form of payment for events offered by our training partners. Should your organization require payment via check, you can bring a check made payable to NHRA to the event or mail it to the location address listed on the receipt/invoice in advance of the event.

How can I get a receipt/invoice for an event fee?
FOR NHRA EVENTS: After you register online, you will be routed to a thank you page which contains a link to print an invoice/receipt. If you did not print that document, please contact us at 866-523-4417 or email programreceipt@humanresources.org. Be sure to indicate the date and title of the event you need the backup for.
My company requires a W9 form to process payment. Where can I obtain one?
FOR NHRA EVENTS: When your receipt prints, a W9 will be included. If you did not print your receipt, you can access your registration via the Member Service Center and print the receipt along with a W9 form.
Do you allow business solicitation at your events?
While we understand that attending business events is a great way for businesses to network, NHRA does not permit open solicitation of event attendees. Instead, we offer a variety of sponsorship and advertising opportunities for our consultant and service provider members and guests. If you are experiencing difficulties with business solicitations, please consult a member of our on-site event staff.
Can I get a list of registered attendees?
No, NHRA does not release the names and contact information of attendees.

Once done, check the box in the Browsing History section that says delete history on exit and then click Apply
